Fall is trying to arrive!

Well, in the morning it smells like Fall, the leaves are starting to fall, but the temperature is still high.  Catching up on posting artwork I have done over the summer.  This piece has pieces of black and web material......found along the roadside near my business in Chico, Ca.  It is from a black on one side, white on the other tarp, used to wrap some pallet.  I found it shredded along the road, stuck up against thorny bushes and such.
